Prepare to get your childhood ruined – illustrator Ed Harrington reimagines your favorite childhood characters in all sorts of weird and slightly NSFW situations that are so hilarious, you won’t be able to stay mad for long.
Ed studied illustration and graphic design at Virginia Commonwealth University and has worked as a graphic designer for the past 20 years so it’s not hard to see where he’s got the skills. When giving an interview for Bored Panda, the artist said there’s no real idea to the series – he just likes to draw the things that he likes and finds funny.

“Usually, I just think about how life might be different or difficult for [these characters]. Like, how Skeletor probably can’t drink or whistle since he has no soft tissue or lips around his mouth,” jokes the artist. “Or I like to think about parts of a character that we never get to see and what might have been hidden from us all this time.” Ed’s illustrations are as hilarious as they are creative – check them out in the gallery below!
