Mom Films Toddler Reciting The Cutest And Most Positive Affirmation On Their Way To School

I remember when one of my college professors who’s a father of four told the class that it’s not a matter of if you’ll break your child, but rather when. The important thing is to try to minimize the damage by trying your best as a parent: being fair, true, and honest with your kids, making amends if you’ve done something wrong and teaching your kids the right things in life through love, understanding, and dialogue.

One way of teaching kids the right thing is by doing what this mom did with her lovely toddler, who all of a sudden started doing some cute and positive self affirmation whilst on a walk through the streets. Of course, people fell in love with it!

Morning is the perfect time to give yourself a pep talk, just like this little kid did

Meet mother Alissa and her lovely 3-year-old son Ayaan. The two were on a morning walk to school and Ayaan started reciting and repeating what Alissa called his “Morning Affirmation”.

She explained that it is a mantra of sorts that she had taught him on his second birthday in hopes that he would memorize it, understand it, and use it as a means of motivation in times of need.

Well, boy was she surprised when Ayaan started repeating it on his own during their walk to school. “Well, he shocked me this morning. Out of nowhere, he started repeating it so I pulled out my phone. He ended (with enthusiasm lol) once we made it to our destination. So proud of the little boy he is growing into,” explained Alissa in the video caption.

On his way to school, 3 Y.O. Ayaan was reciting a positive self-affirmation mantra that his mom taught him

As seen in the Instagram video below, he keeps reciting “I am smart. I am blessed. I can do ANYTHING!”

Picture this: a small boy wearing a blue vest, black cap, and a backpack is strolling on the streets of New York, banana in hand, adorably reciting “I am smart, I am blessed, I can do ANYTHING!” over and over with subtle childlike enthusiasm.

Now that I think about it, everybody should be doing this on their way to work, studies, or other commitments.

Alissa’s video found its way onto her Instagram where it went viral. At the moment, the video has been viewed over 365,000 times and over 5,000 people commented saying how amazing this is.

And so he did, to much of his mother’s surprise

Besides saying how cute and smart (and of course, blessed) Ayaan and his mantra were, many were praising the mother for spreading positivity and teaching the kid the right things in life.

Kids can surprise us with many things, and can teach us even more. Whether it’s them showing off their “dad” pranks that they kindly teach their dads to do by pulling some on them or executing their genius tactic of laughing at their dad’s attempt to rap battle against them and shutting them and their rapping down through positive emotions—parents should always teach their kids positive behavior and in turn, their kids will teach them back.

Alissa immediately took out her phone and filmed the little guy speaking positivity

The video went viral on Instagram, garnering over 365k views

The internet not only loved Ayaan’s positivity, but also praised the mother for teaching the right things in life
