Week seven of Virtual Design Festival features a special collaboration with designer Tom Dixon and talks with architects including Frida Escobedo and Junya Ishigami. We also premiere a new film by Laura Mark and Jim Stephenson, in which architect Eva Jiřičná discusses some of Zaha Hadid's most iconic buildings.
Escobedo and Ishigami will be joined by architects Stefano Boeri and Sumayya Vally of Counterspace in a live talk as part of a new VDF collaboration with Therme Art.
Also in the schedule this week is a conversation with designer Stephen Burks as part of our ongoing Design in Dialogue collaboration with Friedman Benda gallery.
Dezeen's editor-in-chief Marcus Fairs also speaks to conceptual material designer Shahar Livne in the latest talk in our Screentime series of live design talks sponsored by Philips TV & Sound.
Meanwhile, Kulapat Yantrasat of wHY Architecture and Annabelle Selldorf of Selldorf Architects feature in our ongoing architecture Screentime series sponsored by Enscape.
We are now more than halfway through VDF. To catch up on what you've missed so far, check out Fairs' selection of highlights from the first half of the festival. For what's to come, see the full VDF schedule. All times are UK times and are liable to change.
